apply online as retailer and get many benefits
especially on our prices. Any online application
received from a new account will not be
approved. If you wish to receive a catalog
and more information on establishing a wholesale
account, you must first fax us a copy of
your Resale Certificate/Business License
and your Tax ID Certificate. Send these
documents scanned to: ATTN: New Accounts
. Please include your store name and your
mailing address.
We
